What is your warranty coverage for your products?

Our bag categories - including backpacks, duffels, briefcases, messengers, and more - come with a 1-year limited warranty. When it comes to luggage, we offer a 10-year limited warranty, except for the Customizable hard-shell (HLG1799) which has a 5-year limited warranty.

What does our warranty cover?

This warranty exclusively addresses manufacturing defects and excludes damage from misuse (like transporting unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme conditions, solvents, acids, water, standard wear and tear, or transportation damage (e.g., by airlines). Variations in color and texture are natural traits of tanned leather and suede. Consult our Leather care card for details on item care.

How do I process a warranty claim on my product?

For inquiries, reach out to our customer service team via email at customercare@bugattigrp.com

Please provide:
- A photo of your item
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A copy of the original receipt as proof of purchase

Following the assessment, our customer service will contact you to address the matter accordingly.

My item was reviewed as not repairable, what do i do?

If our service team determines your item is not repairable but is still under warranty, rest assured. We will provide a replacement with an identical product, if available. Otherwise, we will substitute it with a similar item.

I have a warranty issue, but you no longer carry the item online.

If your product is within the warranty period and meets our warranty policy criteria, our team will assist in replacing it with a comparable item at the same price point. Should you prefer a specific product and it exceeds the original price paid, we will bill you for the price difference.
