What is our ship window?
We strive to process non-decorated orders promptly, typically within 1-3 business days upon receiving the purchase order. However, there may be occasional variations due to exceptional circumstances.
For decorated orders, production timelines are influenced by decoration method, quantity, season, product type, and availability. Rest assured, we will communicate the current production schedule to you during the purchase order process.
Do you offer drop shipping or split shipments?
Certainly! We provide drop shipping and split shipment services. Kindly notify us when placing your order, and we will guide you on the necessary details and any applicable fees.
Can i use my own carrier or transport company?
Please ensure to indicate your preferred shipping method, courier account number, and transport company name on the purchase order.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
Our return/exchange policy allows 30 days from the purchase date for blank non-decorated items. These products must be in their original condition and packaging, with hangtags intact.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns for custom or decorated goods.
Please inspect your items within 30 days of receipt to identify any errors, defects, or anomalies. Kindly note that no refunds or returns will be processed after this 30-day period.
